A place for ramblings on day to day food as nourisher, health preserver and health restorer. Surprisingly, many of these qualities are in the common foods we eat. Right in our homes, we may unknowingly have an arsenal of 'magic potions' that can bring us untold benefits other than pleasing our bellies or just filling us up.
